In a previous post I mentioned that I experienced problems with VirtualBox's USB support. As of the latest version, 2.2.2, these issues have been fixed. I am now able to access USB devices on Windows and Linux VMs. VirtualBox is a simple, hassle-free way to run multiple guest operating systems on your host machine. I highly recommend it.
